We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders above Rs. 850.
Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days, depending on your location.

3. What is the exchange, return, and refund policy?

You can return any product within 10 days of purchase.
If you are not satisfied with a product, simply contact us through our helpline or email, and we will guide you through the exchange or refund process.

If you believe the product was damaged or tampered with, please keep the original packaging and product. Our support team will instruct you on how to send it back.

• If you bought our products from another online store, please follow their return/refund procedure.

• If you purchased from any retail store, kindly return the product according to that store’s return policy.

5. Does Matrina Wellness offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes! We provide a simple, secure, and reliable Cash on Delivery service across Pakistan. You pay only after receiving your product.

Important COD Terms & Conditions:

• Courier riders will allow opening the package only after payment.

• Please do not accept the parcel if it looks tampered with or damaged.

• COD is available for orders below Rs. 10,000.
